Client Background: ManufacturingIndustry : AutomotiveLocation: Senai, JohorHeadcount: 1Position Title : Warehouse ClerkTenure: PermanentRemuneration: RM1,800 - RM2,500Responsibilities1. Inventory Management- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.- Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.- Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed.- Assist in the organization and maintenance of the warehouse.2. Receiving and Shipping- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments.- Prepare and package items for shipping.- Generate shipping labels and documentation.- Coordinate with carriers for timely and efficient deliveries.3. Data Entry- Enter data into the inventory management system accurately.- Update records to reflect inventory changes.- Prepare and maintain reports on inventory levels and transactions.4. Communication- Collaborate with other warehouse staff and departments to ensure smooth operations.- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and carriers as necessary.5. Quality Control- Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing products.- Identify and report any discrepancies or issues promptly.6. Safety Compliance- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols.- Maintain a clean and organized work environment- Report any safety hazards or concerns to the supervisor.Requirement· High school diploma or equivalent.· Proven experience in warehouse operations or a related field.· Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.· Good organizational and multitasking skills.· Effective communication and teamwork abilities.· Ability to lift and move heavy objects when necessary.Sub Specialization : Administration;General Administration
