- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and enterprise clients to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Plan and document technical specifications for features and system design.
- Design, build, and configure applications that meet process and application requirements.
- Lead and mentor the development team in the design, development, testing, and debugging of applications.
- Write scalable, efficient, and testable code while conducting and overseeing code reviews.
- Ensure technical quality, successful delivery, and post-deployment support.
- Provide coaching to junior engineers to uphold engineering best practices and software quality standards.
- Strong experience in application development, architecture design, and project delivery in an agile environment (mandatory).
- Proven ability to design robust, scalable solutions with a focus on performance and maintainability.
- 9+ years of experience in software development, with a degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficient in at least one high-level language such as .NET Core, Java, PHP, Python, etc.
- Skilled in building and managing scalable systems on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (preferred).
- Strong communicator, self-starter, and passionate about mentoring others and driving team growth.
- Experience with OutSystems development or certifications is an added advantage.
