  • Maintain seamless communication within the team to ensure accurate and timely information flow.
  • Support day-to-day administrative operations, including scheduling, documentation, and logistics.
  • Prepare, organize, and manage professional documents using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Assist in coordinating overseas trips and arranging meetings for senior management.
