- Proficiency in Mandarin (C1 level) and English (minimum B2 level).
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 2-3 years of Accounts Payable (AP) experience.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the finance field, such as financial analysis, credit control, accounts receivable, accounts payable, or finance business partnering.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform weekly/monthly vendor bill reconciliations, resolve disputes, and process payments on time.
- Maintain accurate records of reconciliations, disputes, and payments.
- Identify process blockers and report to solution teams for resolution.
- Configure billing/settlement systems with accurate rules and rate cards.
- Prepare settlement operation reports and share insights with stakeholders.
- Validate new product features and report defects to solution teams.
- Respond to seller shipping fee queries within agreed timelines.
