Key activities Provide 2nd/3rd level network support for Network International Handle Requests, Incidents, Changes and Problems in production network environment Support various network projects Communicate with different internal departments as well as external companies and vendors Participate in weekends, public holiday and on-call support Qualifications/Skills Essential Skills Professional Skills (technical, methodology and business): Networking knowledge with a minimum of 3-5 years experiences (Cisco CCNP level / Juniper JNCIS-INT level) with skills in most of the following topics: Network protocols MPLS, BGP / multiprotocol BGP, OSPF, multicast routing (PIM, MSDP) Layer-2 network technologies Product Know-How for Cisco Nexus and Catalyst series, Cisco ASR and ISR routers, Juniper QFX/EX series, MX series and their operating systems Implementation and configuration of Cisco Software Defined infrastructures SD-WAN, SDA, WLAN (incl. Meraki) Network automation skills with Ansible, Terraform, Python, Git Network management technologies like SNMP SYSLOG, IP SLA, NetFlow Personal Skills: Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics or comparable training High level of responsibility, team ability and initiative Good communication skills and strong analytical ones, as well as the pleasure of solving complex questions and getting to know new topics Contribute as an effective team player in an agile team
