senior civil & structure engineer (epcc - oil & gas)

• Responsible for efficiently delivering civil design engineering work during the proposal and project delivery stages.
• Conduct civil and structural design engineering tasks, including studying ITB documents to establish design criteria, preparing Bill of Quantity, conducting physical checks on drawings, and performing minor design calculations, drawings, and report works.
• Verify drawings from civil sub-contractors in accordance with guidelines or procedures.
• Communicate with clients regarding engineering deliverables (drawings or documents) based on client specifications.

• Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Civil & Structural Design in on-shore Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industries, with at least 8 years specifically in brownfield plant projects.
• Demonstrate leadership experience, including leading a team.
• Proficient in STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, and ESTEEM.
• Capable of performing BQ estimation for cost estimation and as-built purposes.
• Skilled in inter-discipline coordination and possess strong communication skills with clients and subcontractors.
• Supervise Civil & Structure Engineers in executing design engineering work and ensure timely delivery of drawings or documents according to requirements.
