Provide second-level support in reporting platform operations: Tableau, Analysis for Office and etc. Job Description In your new role you will: Provide second-level support in reporting platform operations: Tableau, Analysis for Office and etc. Support in platform maintenance activities, e.g., server migration, platform version upgrade, platform health check, etc. Prepare documentation for BIA solutions and platforms. Conduct Tableau sharing for users whenever necessary and offer consultations to Tableau users. Work collaboratively with business owners to assist in the development of Tableau reports. Support on a global basis and work closely with team members in other regions. Define, design, and enhance business intelligence solutions. Able to work on AP and EU business hours on a case-by-case basis. Able to work on call standby on weekdays and weekends for critical operations support. Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor&aposs Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology. Knowledge of Tableau Desktop and Tableau Prep. Strong in analytical troubleshooting skills and problem-solving skills. Experienced in providing operations support & ticketing tracking system. Understanding of Data Warehousing / ETL techniques and SQL programming. Good communication skills and a proactive team player.
