Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role, requiring a Chef De Partie to be based in Georgetown, but allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for prepping ingredients, cooking high-quality dishes, ensuring kitchen cleanliness, and overseeing junior kitchen staff. Additional tasks include maintaining inventory, collaborating with the Head Chef for menu development, and ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
