Affiliate Campaign Execution
- Manage the end-to-end execution of affiliate marketing campaigns, including setup, tracking, optimisation, and reporting.
- Serve as the main support for the Head of Affiliate in ensuring campaigns run smoothly and meet objectives.
- Coordinate with affiliate partners and networks, handling day-to-day communications and troubleshooting to drive campaign success.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with affiliate partners and merchants to unlock growth opportunities.
- Support client-facing engagements by preparing updates, reports, and decks, and join discussions to provide campaign insights.
- Act as the primary support to the Head of Affiliate in managing client deliverables and ensuring objectives are met.
- Monitor campaign KPIs such as CTR, conversions, ROI, and revenue.
- Identify underperforming areas and propose solutions for optimisation.
- Prepare weekly snapshots and monthly/quarterly reports with insights and recommendations.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and day-to-day support to junior staff within the affiliate team.
- Monitor workload distribution and campaign execution tasks to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Act as a point of escalation for junior team members, helping troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Work closely with the Head of Affiliate to prepare decks, proposals, and client materials that align with Astro’s commercial priorities.
- Contribute to market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
- Ensure campaigns follow compliance, brand safety, and industry best practices.
- Oversee operational workflows, including contracts, tracking links, and partner payouts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with product, content, tech, and legal teams to troubleshoot issues and improve campaign delivery.
- Proactively suggest process improvements to scale and streamline affiliate operations.
- 3–5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or digital
- partnerships.
- Strong knowledge of affiliate platforms, campaign analytics, and digital KPIs.
- Skilled in preparing decks, reports, and performance storytelling.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns
- simultaneously.
- Strong communicator and collaborator with confidence in supporting client-facing conversations.
- Experience in mentoring or supervising junior staff is an added advantage.
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
