Position: Security Deposit & Recovery SpecialistWork Location: Subang Hi-TechExperience: 2+ yearsSalary: up to RM 6000 + Statutory Contribution + Insured Medical CoverageMandatory Requirements: Experience in Fibre Security Deposit Recovery.Responsibilities /Accountabilities:

Responsible to track annual Security Deposit (SD) utilization & Security Deposit Recovery (SDR) (FCF).
Responsible to engage with partners/vendors and external stakeholders on documentation requirements by respective LA/LC.
Responsible to communicate/liaison with Government Agencies, authority and treasury for recovery process.
Responsible for nationwide fiber rollout CPC & CCC tracking and reporting including Finance engagement, LA/LC and JKR engagement,
Responsible for timely Security Deposit raising for payment to LALC and provide necessary support for permitting and fiber rollout team.

Requirements

Degree in Engineering /Telecoms /Computer Science.
At least 3-8 years' experience in IT/Telecommunication industry.
Good knowledge of Project Management and Leadership.
Experience in managing Network Programs especially on Permitting Transport Fiber.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Excellent organizational skills with experience at Internal and external parties.
Capability to coaching and influence.
An understanding of confidentiality issues, honesty, reliability and the use of discretion
