We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented designer to lead the development of digital visuals across all our online platforms in Malaysia and Singapore . This role also requires strong expertise in supporting Watsons requirements , ensuring all designs meet platform specifications, brand consistency and campaign objectives. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and experienced in delivering high-quality creative assets under tight timelines. Key Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end creation of digital assets for all online platforms, including: Shopee, TikTok Shop, Shopify (www.ksisters.my) Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Social media content (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) Develop and manage all creative assets required for Watsons MY & SG, including: Homepage banners, category visuals, campaign banners Mailers (EDMs), in-app visuals, product highlight graphics Ensure all visuals strictly follow Watsons' guidelines and specifications while maintaining high aesthetic standards Create promotional visuals to support campaigns and marketing initiatives, such as: Double-digit sales (e.g., 9.9, 11.11), payday campaigns, festive events Product Detail Pages (PDPs) tailored to specific themes or promotions Design visuals for KOL and influencer campaigns, including: Landing pages, PDPs, social media posts, banners, and digital ads Adapt key visuals into multiple sizes and formats suitable for different platforms and placements Perform basic video editing, including resizing, cropping, and trimming for various formats (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Meta Ads, Watsons, etc.) Edit and localize campaign newsletters and mailers for different markets Retouch and refine branding and marketing materials as needed Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure creative output aligns with marketing objectives, timelines, and brand guidelines Support Visual Merchandising Design (VMD) if required for offline marketing needs Requirements Proven experience in digital and e-commerce design, preferably in the beauty or retail industry Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (AI) and Adobe Photoshop (PS) Solid skills in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent Familiarity with Watsons' creative processes, design specifications, and platform requirements is highly preferred Strong eye for visual layout, typography, and design aesthetics suitable for e-commerce and social media platforms Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines A proactive team player with excellent time management, attention to detail, and communication skills.
