- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the Southern region.
- Identify and establish relationships with new customers while maintaining existing client accounts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Track and report on sales performance, providing insights to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.
- Attend trade shows and events to represent the company and promote products.
- A background in sales, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting client relationships.
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within the Southern region.
- Proficiency in using sales software and tools to track performance, and proficiency in Mandarin.
