Job description 1. Coordination and supervise workers and sub-contractors and educate construction workers on site safety practices and evaluate employee performance. 2. Ensuring appropriate site rules and welfare facilities are in place. 3. Organizing and manage equipment and manpower effectively. 4. Set project goals and oversee projects to completion. 5. Conduct regular inspection and reports of project status. 6. Conduct toolbox meeting 7. Daily report for work progress.Requirements 1. Candidate MUST posses at least SPM 2. Candidate is able to work under minimize supervision. 3. Good communication skills both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia 4. Prefer candidates from or willing to based in Johor State. 5. Candidate must be open to new experience and willing to learn new knowledge. 6. Immediately vacancy. 7.
