Joining forces with a talented team of designers, you will optimize interfaces for web and mobile platforms, enabling cutting-edge AI-powered tools. Guided by the Project Delivery Team at SUPA, you will ensure high standards of excellence in performing design optimization tasks, as quality is critical in enhancing AI models. This role positions you at the forefront of UI design and AI innovation, with the chance to make a meaningful impact over the course of 2 months. Apply to be a part of this journey and help reshape the future of technology! Responsibilities Modify UI design layouts according to project guidelines and feedback. Adjust layout, grouping, spacing, and core elements of design best practices. Submit tasks to the accuracy threshold required with minimal to no revisions. Proactively communicate challenges, queries, or concerns with Project Managers to ensure smooth operations. Meet key deadlines while maintaining quality and consistency in work output. Qualifications Proficient in Figma, with a strong grasp of features and functionality as an existing user. Detail-oriented, with a sharp eye for design accuracy, identifying errors and areas of improvement. Efficient time management skills to meet and exceed deliverables. An academic background in UI, Graphics, Web Design, or related fields, or self-taught in UI design. Relevant work experience is preferred, though students and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply! Availability for 4-5 hours per day, Monday to Friday (9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m MYT), and occasionally on weekends when required. Capable of turnarounds for tasks within 1-2 working days as specified by the Project Manager. Able to commit to a 2-month project timeframe from August 2025 - September 2025 .
