The Senior Associate, Reporting & Insights sits at the heart of 2X's operational visibility, turning complex data into structured reporting that powers better, faster decision-making. Embedded within the Operations & Planning team, this role builds, maintains, and evolves the dashboards and reporting systems that track performance, headcount, capacity, and delivery risk across the business. This role is both technical and stakeholder-facing-ensuring that weekly and monthly reports are not just accurate, but also usable and insightful. Working closely with another Senior Associate in the reporting function, this role shares ownership of key deliverables, collaborates on automation and QA, and supports reporting requests across Practices, Finance, HR, and Leadership. Success in this role requires a high degree of attention to detail, process discipline, and a deep appreciation for how data flows across people, systems, and teams. From daily updates in core reports to quarterly metric deep dives, the Senior Associate, Reporting & Insights plays a critical role in ensuring 2X's growth remains grounded in data clarity. Job Responsibilities Reporting Infrastructure & Data Hygiene Build and maintain core dashboards covering headcount, resourcing, hiring targets, FTE utilization , and deployment risk. Partner closely with existing Reporting Analyst t o ensure shared visibility, version control, and QA coverage across all live reports. Design and maintain consistent report templates that can scale across geographies, Practices, and report cycles. Establish standardized templates and frameworks that bring consistency to reporting across geographies and practices . Ensure dashboards are not only clean and accurate but also intuitive for stakeholder use. Performance Monitoring & Workforce Insights Consolidate headcount, supply/demand, and utilization data into actionable weekly and monthly reporting cycles. Coordinate with existing Reporting Analyst to split ownership of regular reporting deliverables while ensuring mutual QA and continuity of work. Partner with Practice Leads and Workforce Planners to ensure real-time reflection of hiring needs, resourcing gaps, and team allocations. Develop layered reporting views that allow both granular and executive-level understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs). Cross-Functional Reporting & Decision Support Support strategic planning by providing reliable data inputs for hiring forecasts, cost modeling, and performance reviews. Translate operational data into clear visuals and summaries for presentations, business reviews, and leadership syncs. Serve as the data point-of-contact for ad-hoc report requests from senior leadership, Finance, QARM, Human Resource or Sales Enablement - coordinating with existing reporting analyst to avoid duplication and ensure aligned outputs. Automation, Scale & Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to streamline reporting workflows and reduce manual work through automation or tooling improvements. Proactively monitor reporting usage, gather stakeholder feedback, and iterate based on evolving business needs. Document processes and maintain a reporting knowledge base, working with Reporting Analyst to build continuity and scale within the reporting function. Job Qualification 1-2 years of experience in reporting, business analytics, or operations-preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment . Proven ability to build and maintain clean, structured dashboards that drive business decisions across functions. Strong command of spreadsheet tools (Google Sheets or Excel); familiarity with visualization platforms (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, or PowerBI ) is a plus. Experience working with large data sets and performing reconciliation, version control, and QA with high attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple reporting stakeholders. Comfortable balancing recurring cycles with ad-hoc data requests and shifting business needs. Strong communication and documentation skills; able to translate data into clear, audience-ready narratives.
