- Minimum Education level Diploma in any disciplinary Or Above
- Minimum 1 year working experience in similar industries / Sales industries/ b2b industries/Hospitality industries with solutions selling experience.
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to accept extra task for the benefit of the company
- Drive revenue growth by converting leads into long-term clients via phone and WhatsApp.
- Build and nurture relationships with key accounts to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with product teams to tailor solutions based on client feedback.
- Exceed KPIs: Deliver 150+ connected calls/week, maintain 1 hour of talk time/day.
- Pioneer new strategies: Use Gen AI tools to optimize sales pitches and client engagement.
