What you&aposll do Work effectively with the Compliance and Risk Team, help deliver compliance with data protection laws and policies. Broad understanding of EDD and have a general sense of risk awareness. Risk conscious with the emphasis on sensitive data sharing. Support the creation/maintenance of data protection policies and procedures Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and informative responses. Collect information to identify, analyze and check the compliance of processing activities Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market changes to provide informed responses to customer questions. Work closely with other customer support specialists to share insights and best practices. Create, adapt and deliver training materials and sessions according to the needs of the business What you&aposll need Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service orientation with a dedication to providing exceptional support.
