Job Description: Oversee daily classroom operations to ensure programmes run smoothly and effectively. Guide and support assistant teachers, providing feedback and modeling best practices in special needs education. Plan and organize class timetables in collaboration with the team. Monitor student progress and ensure learning goals are being met across multiple areas including communication, cognitive skills, and digital skills. Communicate with parents when necessary regarding student progress or concerns. Report weekly updates to management, highlighting student development and any programme or staff issues. Assist in neurofeedback training sessions, a non-invasive brain training therapy that helps improve attention, emotional regulation, and cognitive performance. (Training will be provided) Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience working with special needs children (Preferably below 12 years old). Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or any relevant field. Tech-savvy, with basic computer skills Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Able to lead a small team and collaborate effectively. Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with students with special needs Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required): Familiarity with AAC tools (E.g. Proloquo2Go, TouchChatHd ).
