JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a proactive and versatile Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing to drive Lexus's digital presence and customer engagement. This role requires a hands-on marketer with strong expertise in CRM, SEO, and social media, who can balance strategy with execution. You will partner with agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver impactful campaigns, manage budgets, and ensure data-driven performance that aligns with Lexus's business objectives. What You&aposll be doing: CRM & Customer Journey: Manage CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push) to drive customer engagement, retention, and conversion. SEO: Oversee on-page and off-page SEO strategies, keyword research, and performance optimization to increase organic visibility. Social Media Marketing: Plan and coordinate always-on social media strategies, content calendars, and campaigns across platforms. Ensure consistent brand voice and premium positioning aligned with Lexus brand values Agency & Vendor Management: Lead and coordinate multiple digital agencies across CRM, SEO, paid media, and social media. Ensure clear briefs, timely delivery, and measurable outcomes. Budget & Reporting: Own and track digital marketing budgets across channels. Monitor spend vs. allocation, ensuring efficiency and ROI. Coordinate with finance and vendors on invoicing and approvals. Analytics & Optimization: Monitor key metrics across CRM, SEO, paid, and social campaigns. Translate data into actionable recommendations, prepare reports and dashboards, and drive continuous improvements. Campaign Execution: Support digital campaign launches from ideation to execution, ensuring integration across platforms. Industry Awareness: Stay up to date with digital trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices to recommend innovative opportunities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 5-7 years of proven digital marketing experience across CRM, SEO, and social media (experience in paid media is a plus). Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence cross-functional teams. Proven ability to manage multiple agencies/vendors and drive accountability. Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, tools, and reporting (e.g., Google Analytics GA4, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, email/CRM tools). Experience managing budgets and campaign finance workflows. Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
