- Increasing prescriptions of Sanofi products in accordance to sales and marketing activities and in compliance with company procedures and policies, HSE, Pharma Code/SAPI requirements, Pharma code of conduct and ethical standards at all times.
- Understanding organization mission/vision and demonstrate organization values.
- Execute Territory Action Plan (TAP) and marketing activities to targeted customers in line with marketing strategies to optimize prescription.
- Support in organizing meetings, seminars, group selling activities (GSA) and CMEs (physical/virtual) to enhance company corporate values and disease awareness.
- Customer base management to support effective segmenting and targeting (S&T) exercise.
- Update on competitors' activities including expansion plan, territory reorganization, product, pricing and provide regular feedback to Line Manager and relevant internal stakeholders.
- Be aware on hospital tender prices, formulary listings and existing tender duration of current products (for gov sector) and provide timely feedback to Line Manager.
- Ensure all activities are operating within approved budget and judicious use of resources across territories.
- Maintain high level of customer service quality both directly and indirectly through distributor.
- Establish sustainable partnership with KOLs through effective stakeholder management
- Effectively utilize all sales support materials, SFE tools, clinical papers (on-label indications), visual aids and other resources to maximize sales call quality and implement sales strategy.
- Disseminate product information to HCPs in a convincing manner using the prescribed product positioning, promotional messages and set objectives in line with marketing strategy.
- Adapt to individual customer persona and utilize omnichannel approach to deliver effective calls.
- Apply knowledge of all promoted products, key competitor products, major clinical trials and clinical disease states to maximize promotional effectiveness.
- Update on product and disease knowledge to enhance effective and insightful calls to HCPs.
- Fulfill a predetermined number of effective calls (daily/monthly) to targeted customers via omnichannel.
- Participate in product training and certification programs as per requirement.
- Prepare a daily pre-call plan with clear objectives for each call followed by a post call analysis to improve on next call.
- Meet core professional requirements in relation to administration, communication, reporting, company assets and dress code standards.
- Be accredited and certified in the sales process and achieve passing mark in all product knowledge assessments.
- Maintain high standard of product, disease, technical and pharmaceutical knowledge through continuous updates and learning, training, assessment and participation in relevant medical seminars.
- Swift and timely reporting of adverse events to Pharmacovigilance, observing the Sanofi's Adverse Drug Reaction (ADR) reporting requirement.
- Active participation in team meetings/brand meetings/project-based meetings.
- Ensure execution excellence in activities rolled out by marketing.
- Be responsible in complying and meeting all HSE roles and responsibilities in accordance to HSE policy.
- Identify and correct any unsafe conditions or behaviors and immediately notify SM/HSE/HR of any critical incidents within 24 hours and complete the submission of injury report within 48 hours.
