About the Role Join our central DevOps Tooling organization at Swift, committed to reshaping the developer experience. As a Junior DevOps Developer, you'll be pivotal in crafting end-to-end delivery pipelines, ensuring seamless integration, deployment of infrastructure and software, and providing essential maintenance and support to our developer community. With a strong focus on real zero-trust strategies, problem-solving capabilities, and customer focused approaches, join us on our progressive journey.What to Expect:

Design, develop, test, deliver, and support end-to-end delivery pipelines.
Implement real zero-trust deployment strategies for infrastructure and software.
Investigate and resolve complex support requests from our developer community
apply problem-solving skills to optimize and automate our DevOps practices.
Cultivate a customer focused approach, understanding and meeting the needs of internal collaborators.
Provide ongoing maintenance and support for deployed systems, ensuring reliability and efficiency.

What will make you successful?

Strong technical foundation in Java full-stack development.
Proficiency in RHEL and OpenShift platforms.
Experience with Jenkins for pipeline development, Cloudbees.
Deployment automation using Ansible, Helm, ArgoCD.
Observability tools: ELK stack, Kafka.
Proven experience in enterprise software development.
Ability to build strong partnerships with internal customers and collaborate with other delivery organizations within Swift.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills to address complex challenges and enhance DevOps efficiency.
Customer focused approach with a commitment to understanding and meeting internal collaborators' needs.
Experience in providing maintenance and support for deployed systems.
