Job Description:
  • Check sales staff's claims
  • Handle customer enquiries diligently and efficiently
  • Ensure that SCM and CSA documentation checklist are forwarded with completeness and accuracy
  • Monitor and tracking of sales performance of assigned sales persons
  • Monitor and follow-up of all KIVs matters prior to disbursement
  • Track loans not disbursed, FA cancellation or no MRTA take up or cancellation
  • Any after sales request, after disbursement request or follow up upon Letter of Offer signed that raised by customer or CSA
  • Solicitor management
  • Managing leave, monitoring staff attendance, office maintenance and expenses administration in the event of PA's absence
  • Comply strictly to CIMB bank's policies and procedures, including all compliance procedures and guidelines
  • Reduction of incomplete loan submission (all products)
