- Discuss and elaborate on sales contracts based on commercial terms.
- Enter contractual conditions into SAP and generate timely invoices, credit and debit notes, and shipping documents.
- Calculate, verify, and monitor commercial adjustments.
- Monitor and control the issuance of Bill of Lading (B/L) and usage of Letter of Indemnity (LOI).
- Facilitate and organise payment collection and payables by coordinating between sales, finance, shipping, and ports.
- Arrange signature or courier services for document dispatch to other departments or customers.
- Input data into company ERPs and monitor sales performance and order-to-cash processes.
- Collaborate with trade finance and other finance-related departments for tasks such as letters of credit, receivables, payables, and offsets.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms to prioritise customer satisfaction and efficient performance.
- Bachelor's degree (Commercial or Technical)
- Experience in commodity business or sales administration (invoicing, LC, contracts) or shipping.
- IT related knowledge (VBA, python, UI / UX).
- Good communication and collaboration skills in big and diverse team, as well as to work with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Problem solving & analytical thinking.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
