You'll play an important role in: ensuring timeliness and quality of invoice process deliverables ensuring the accuracy of the organisation's financial documents and that they follow compliance, and communicate with requestor, vendor, and business unit ensuring the invoice flow are aligned with organisations policies attending and solving issues raised in ServiceNow and identifying and communicating process inefficiencies driving continuous improvements within the process area, i.e., providing the Service Delivery Owner with suggestions supporting your team members in their daily execution and monitoring service delivery within service level agreements. To succeed in the role, you: have a degree in finance, accounting, or related field have good understanding of the P2P process, specially within APAC, US, and Europe have experience working in a global shared services centre, specifically within P2P operations are experienced in SAP systems, with KOFAX as an added advantage have good communication skills and speak and write English fluently are detail oriented and have an analytical and logical approach to issues and problem-solving.
