- Handling all AR related matters
- Download, sorting, checking sales report & import into ACCPAC
- Tally monthly overall sales & member registration fee
- Checking collection daily (inform HK finance) and subsequent collection after account closing
- Prepare offline sales reconciliation (daily)
- Prepare online, miscellaneous & final offline sales reconciliation monthly for AR closing
- Prepare discrepancy billing and liaise with Operation team
- Prepare & update monthly AR schedule and yearly for audit purpose
- Prepare Stockist closure document if any
- Prepare AR schedule and walkthrough test for audit yearly
- Diploma or degree in Accounting (any extra certification would be an added bonus. Eg: LCCI, etc)
- Required language: English, Malay & Mandarin (both written and spoken is a must due to dealing with HK and Macau branch)
