- To conduct market research to stay up to date with industry trends and customer needs.
- To identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and visitations.
- Meets clients or potential clients to understand their pain points and / or needs and identifies opportunities for innovation.
- To build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Reviews and evaluates new technologies that may be beneficial to current and upcoming project work
- Participates in the technical design review process to ensure high quality technical designs
- Designs solutions on an enterprise level with medium level of guidance
- To conduct product presentations and provide consultants to potential clients.
- Assures best practices are defined and followed
- Works in laboratory for R&D work
- Works at project job sites
- Performs and supports other duties and responsibilities of team members as required
- Adheres to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor
- Travels within Malaysia and overseas
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- A bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering / Civil Engineering or its equivalent
- Possess a minimum of 3 years experience in the industry of Wastewater Treatment / Biogas / Waste Management / Resource Utilization or other related industries
- Freshly graduate students are also encouraged to apply for this position
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook), knowledge of AutoCAD Software is an advantage.
