Job Responsibilities User Consultation: Address various user inquiries, including product usage, transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and platform policies. Offer clear and comprehensive explanations to assist users in navigating our platform effectively. Complaint Handling: Demonstrate diligence and conscientiousness in receiving and handling user complaints and suggestions. Provide timely feedback to relevant departments to drive continuous improvement and enhance user experience. Feedback Collection: Proactively gather user feedback and research to understand user demand better. Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for user needs and contribute to product enhancements. Relationship Maintenance: Establish and maintain interactive relationships with our users, offering guidance and support in product usage.
