Someone with an attitude to deliver and a passion to delight.ResponsibilitiesDeliver a wide range of spa treatments with professionalism and consistency.Ensure all treatment rooms, spa areas, and equipment are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.Provide excellent guest service, including consultations, after-care advice, and handling guest requests or concerns.Promote spa services and retail products to meet daily sales targets.Maintain accurate guest records, stock usage, and daily reports.Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards.Support colleagues with reception or administrative duties when required.Participate in ongoing training and skill development to maintain high treatment standards.RequirementsInternational beauty therapy qualification or local equivalent.Minimum 1 year of experience as a Spa Therapist.Substantial hands-on experience in delivering face and body treatments.Fluency in English (other languages are an advantage).Pleasant, professional, and customer-oriented disposition.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Flexible, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
