RESPONSIBILTIES:
Responsible for assembling the prescribed number of units in the required quality.
Correct wiring of electrical components according to documentation
Responsible for the assigned work tools.
Responsible for properly familiarizing oneself with technical documentation and the production order.
Responsible for maintaining order and cleanliness at their workstation.
Preparation of assembly parts according to documentation
Wiring of components in accordance with documentation and the production order
Visual control of all connected components
Removal of debris generated during the production process
Working with technical documentation and the relevant production order
Preparing the necessary components for assembly in accordance with the production order
Performing manual and machine operations such as cutting, drilling, deburring, grinding, and thread cutting
Assembling components and assembly verification based on technical documentation
Final assembly and completion of prepared components and parts, applying insulation
Recording work activities according to the relevant production order
Identifying non-conforming products or components and informing the superior accordingly
Working in accordance with lean manufacturing principles and the 5S methodology
Performing and fulfilling other tasks related to the agreed type of work as directed by the direct superior
Following the procedures, rules, and principles of the integrated management system
Working in compliance with international trade rules (ITC)
Contributing to the development and observance of standards with a focus on key areas such as customer satisfaction, company culture, and the continuous improvement system
Submitting improvement proposals within the continuous improvement system in line with company goals
Respecting environmental protection principles
QUALIFICATIONS:
Secondary vocational education with school-leaving certificate
Suitable for graduates
Ability to read technical documentation
Good manual skills
Experience in mechanical assembly
Work experience required for candidates with an apprenticeship certificate
