- Oversee general HR and Staffing functions in Malaysia.
- Provide expertise and knowledge in the statutory and industry practices/standards
- Demonstrate experience in all employee life cycle phases, including recruiting and staffing, training and development, performance management, benefits and compensation, and succession planning
- Participate in the development and implementation of international policies and procedures
- Provide support to the group compliance audit and its related activities
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience working as a Human Resources Manager
- Excellent knowledge of HR laws and regulations, labor law and compliance in both countries
- Experience supporting HR infrastructure, programs, and processes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
- Experience working in the technology industry/multinational organization preferred
