- Enhance Customer Satisfaction: Manage end-to-end project planning and execution, ensure the quality of services delivered, optimize project plans, and maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Identify and Resolve Project Issues: Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to identify and resolve project challenges, providing actionable solutions to improve product operations.
- Assist in Pre-Sales and Sales: Support pre-sales activities by advancing Proof of Concept (POC) projects to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
