POSITION: FOREMAN (PACKING)Job Scope:

To arrange packaging material for daily packing usage.
To liaise with Assistant, Production, Plant Operator and Pelletmill Operator for smooth operation.
To ensure packing the correct type of feed.
Checking feed weighment according to procedure manual.
Checking feed quality physically and collecting sample for lab analysis.
Writing daily packing record for warehousing department.
Cleaning of packer, hoppers and finished product bin according to schedule.
Supervising and training contractor to pack efficiently.
Housekeeping of packing section.
To supervise Forklift Driver on storing the packed feed according to Stock Location Plan.
To carry out any other relevant task as and when required by HOD and Section Head from time to time.
To exercise GMP and ISO 22000 procedures.

Requirements:

Diploma in Supply Chain, Warehouse Management or equivalents from the recognised institution.
Malaysian, Male, 25-30 years old.
Good communication skills, both oral & written.
Able to work in shift rotation: 7.00am – 3.00pm, 3.00pm – 11.00pm, 11.00pm – 7.00am
Experience in related fields is an advantage.
