Pre Store Visit - In office planning on VM Strategy Edit and order store graphic signage as needed. Plan monthly floor set store mapping based on the storyboard provided by the merchandiser (Malaysia). Conduct monthly brand calls via TEAMS with outstation stores (KK Imago, The Spring Kuching) to align with Store Managers and In-store Brand Ambassadors on upcoming floor set launches. Coordinate with cross-functional departments (Mktg - Ops - Merch - Projects) on new store setups, launches, events, or closures, as required. Ensure all stores are equipped with the necessary VM elements for product displays, and manage VM inventory and orders. Propose mock-ups based on Tier 1, 2, and 3 store formats, and deliver simple presentations to align execution across all stores. Liaise with vendors to provide the necessary documentation for Store Managers to apply for work permits for VM installations conducted outside of store operating hours. 2. Store Experience - During Store Visit Monthly Store Visits to Outstation Stores - Johor, Penang Take photos - BEFORE and conduct pre-floor set change questionnaires to understand the business before making any touch-ups. Seek feedback from the store team during store visits or monthly calls, and observe customer shopping behavior on the floor to make necessary adjustments where required. Lead and brief in-store teams to complete displays within a tight timeframe of 1 to 2 days. Maintain store VM presentation, including storytelling, mannequin styling, effective use of space, creative displays, restocking VM props and supplies, rezoning, and new store setups to ensure strong visual impact Use VM guidelines as a reference, then tweak according to local preferences, ensuring consistency across Retail Operations/Sales teams and stores. Update mannequins every two weeks and refresh in-store presentations by reviewing productivity on railings and walls, usually outside of peak hours. Train store teams on visual display standards and the proper maintenance of overall visual displays. Be responsible for all store VM materials, props, and signage inventory, ensuring all unused fixtures are stored neatly to prevent damage or hazards to staff and customers. 3. After Store Visit Submit/upload VM photos for management review after each store visit via WhatsApp, and upload them to the brand portal (BAND) for brand review. Complete VAPPS during each store visit. Requirements Minimum a Diploma/Degree in Visual Communications, Merchandising. Minimum 3 years in a VM position with working experience in Fashion Retail Good interpersonal skills Pleasant Personality Excellent communicator Knowledgeable and skillful in using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel) Self-reliant Occasionally work on odd hours (for event set-up, or store opening) Willingness to travel Fluent in English, both in written and spoken.
