We're hiring a Network Administrator to support day-to-day network operations and grow within our IT team. network infrastructure. This role requires a strong technical foundation, proactive problem-solving, and experience with designing, securing, and maintaining complex network environments.Key Responsibilities:

Assist in designing, configuring and maintaining network devices (firewalls, switches, APs)
Manage firewalls, VPNs, switching, and wireless systems across multiple locations
Help troubleshoot network issues and escalate when needed
Monitor network health, analyze logs, and document configurations
Follow best practices for network security and reliability
Ensure network security, redundancy, and compliance with internal and industry standards
Document network architecture, processes, and incident resolutions

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in network administration or engineering
Expertise in routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs (especially IPSec), and network security
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Experience with monitoring tools and enterprise-level infrastructure
Ability to lead projects and collaborate across teams
Experience with cloud networking concepts and architectures in Azure or AWS
Ability to manage virtual networks, VPN gateways and security groups in Azure/AWS
Familiarity with hybrid cloud connectivity (e.g. ExpressRoute, AWS Direct Connect)

Preferred (Nice to Have):

Hands-on with FortiGate firewalls or relevant firewall (policy management, UTM, VPNs)
Solid understanding of Huawei switches and wireless access points
Relevant certifications (e.g., Fortinet NSE / HCIP / CCNP / Azure Network Engineer Associate / AWS Certified Advanced Networking Specialty or equivalent)
