  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Oversee recruitment and selection processes to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates.
  • Manage onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
  • Support performance management activities, including appraisals and KPI tracking.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters in compliance with labor laws.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
  • Monitor training needs and support the execution of learning & development initiatives.
  • Support payroll administration and benefits coordination in collaboration with Finance or relevant vendors.
2. Administration
  • Supervise general office administration and ensure facilities are well maintained.
  • Oversee company assets, stationery, office supplies, and utilities.
  • Manage company vehicle arrangements (if applicable).
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as workplace safety, licenses, and audits.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to support business operations.
3. Leadership & Reporting
  • Provide guidance to HR & Admin team members, ensuring effective task delegation and performance.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates on HR metrics, recruitment status, and administrative matters.
  • Act as a deputy to the Manager/Head of HR & Admin during their absence.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:​
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in HR and administrative functions, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Able to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
