If you are interested in applying don&apost hesitate to send us your CV straight to [HIDDEN TEXT] Job description: The role of a Business Development Representative (BDR) consists of calling companies in Malaysia, Indonesia, The Philippines and Australia, and speaking to the IT managers. There is no selling on the phone. Our job is to gather information by asking the right questions on relevant IT-related topics. The aim of the call is to generate a "lead": setting up a meeting between the IT manager and our client&aposs sales representative. During our signature Warm Handover , you will work hand in hand with the sales experts from our clients - such as Intel, Dell, Lenovo, HP -, learning with the best of the best about the industry while building up your network of decision-makers around the globe. Here's what you'll do: Engage with key decision-makers: Connect and initiate conversations with IT managers on the phone to understand their current tech setup. Spark interest: Present our client&aposs innovative IT solutions and show how they can help in optimizing processes and increase productivity. Create high-value opportunities: Set up meetings between prospects and our client&aposs sales experts to move the conversation forward. Your profile: Malaysia Bahasa speaker with English as a second language or English Speaker (preferably with Australian accent) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Target-driven mentality & can-do attitude Experience in sales and/or telemarketing is a plus, but not a requirement Experience working in the IT industry is desirable Experience in customer service is a plus, but not a requirement Previous CRM experience is desirable, but not a requirement Ability to work independently and as part of a team The place of residence must be in the Penang region Able to work travel to Madrid, Spain for onboarding for 4 weeks Working Timetable: Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 17:00 What We Offer: Generous Self-employed contract Internal training provided by our Learning & Development Department .
