The Regional Product Engineer is a key driver for product data integrity across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. In this role, you will manage the technical systems and data that define our products. This includes overseeing product data configuration and maintenance, leading the product validation process, and implementing standardization efforts to ensure unified processes and quality standards throughout the region.Technical and Team Leadership: Serve as a technical specialist, leader, and mentor for product and process development in the APAC region. You'll provide technical guidance, training, and troubleshooting support to local teams.Project and Process Management: Lead small to mid-sized projects, managing the scope, schedule, and technical success of manufacturing processes. You'll also oversee regional product validation practices to ensure all technical standards are met.Process Standardization and Improvement: Champion continuous improvement and drive the standardization of tools and processes across the region. You'll collaborate with both regional and global product teams to identify and deploy new initiatives and best practices.Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration: Act as the main point of contact for technical communication within the region and with the global product team.
