What you will be doing This role will be managing real infrastructure and resolving various issues related to Windows servers. Effectively communicate in Japanese language with clients and internal stakeholders in Japan. This role will: Manage and maintain Windows server infrastructure for clients within the Japan Account ITO portfolio. Provide proactive monitoring and support to ensure the stability, performance, and security of Windows server environments. Utilize strong Japanese language skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and managing expectations. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Windows servers, including performance issues, connectivity issues, and security vulnerabilities with client consent. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and address client-specific requirements. Participate in the design and implementation of new infrastructure solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices. Document processes, procedures, and configurations Japanese to facilitate knowledge transfer if any and ensure consistency in service delivery. Act as a technical escalation point for Level 2 Team and provide solutions as needed. Ability to work in standby mode 24x7 with defined job rosters for any escalation raised. The skills you will bring: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Extensive experience (3 years and above) in administering Windows server environments in enterprise-level settings. Proficiency in Japanese language (JLPT N2 or above) with strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy. Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper-V. Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS). Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Relevant certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, or VMware Certified Professional (VCP) are preferred.
