Qra is a start-up neighborhood grocer with a mission to make eating well and living well more accessible to the communities we serve. Reporting to the Brand and Creative Lead, as a Senior Graphic Designer you will be responsible to deliver innovative brand visuals & content that aligns with Qra's brand identity and marketing objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and creativity across various channels. The ideal candidate should possess leadership abilities, creative vision & direction, and in-depth knowledge of current trends and practices in content marketing. Responsibilities: Creative Management Oversee creative process:, from concept development to execution, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of projects. Provide creative inputs and guidance to ensure that all content is visually appealing, clearly communicates key messages and aligns with brand direction.. Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient and effective creative project management. Creative Development Develop and implement creative strategies that align with the Company's objectives and brand guidelines. Create and produce high-quality content across multiple channels, including websites, social media, email marketing, blogs, videos, and more. Research, analyze and identify target audiences' needs, preferences; and develop messaging strategies that resonate with them. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the team's work remains cutting-edge and competitive. Creative Collaboration Collaborate in team projects and activities across the organization. Work closely with retail operations to ensure there is a strong understanding of marketing plans. Requirements: Degree in Marketing, Design, Communications or a related field. Minimum 3 years' experience in Retail industry or related work. Experience in leading and working with a team (or teams). Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro, After Effects). Solid knowledge of Design and illustration such as print-based design, digital design (digital platform, e-commerce, social media), motion. Solid and current understanding of copywriting, web, campaigns, and social media practices. In-depth knowledge of brand development and multi-channel marketing models Excellent verbal, written communication, and confident leadership skills. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects while ensuring timelines are met. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and continuously evolving environment. Must haves Enthusiastic about creatively delivering products and experiences to our customer.
