- Develop strategies and execute partners sales/ marketing plans to maximize revenue generation from existing partners to achieve target both topline and bottomline
- Represent AIG in the market to extend the reach, presence and create awareness on direct marketing opportunities for sponsors.
- Ensure submission of marketing plan and obtain approval from local and regional management for marketing budget for new campaign launches.
- Liaise with campaign management team, call centre and relevant internal and external stakeholders for campaign implementation and ongoing campaign performance
- Organize periodic review meetings with sponsors
- Communicate on market trends and competition.
- Preparation of yearly annual budget and agreed financial performance targets for the respective sponsors
- Ad-hoc functions as and when required.
- Tertiary education with minimum 2/3 years working experience.
- Account Management experience
- CRM or direct marketing background will be an added advantage.
- Meticulous, analytical and detailed oriented.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Self motivated, confident and great interpersonal skills
- With Extended Warranty experience will be an added advantage.
