Job Description: Acquire New Sellers: Source and onboard new sellers, including both social and corporate sellers. Maintain & Develop Relationships: Build and sustain strong relationships with existing sellers, fostering long-term partnerships. Support Sellers: Assist sellers in resolving operational and commercial issues to ensure smooth business operations. Manage Payments: Oversee and manage timely seller payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Monitor ADO: Track and monitor the Average Deal Orders (ADO) for each seller, ensuring performance goals are met. Industry Trend Analysis: Study market trends and industry developments to identify new lead opportunities and stay ahead of the competition. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in any field Experienced in sales, key account management or related fields Can travel to Bangkok office twice a month Ability to work in a fast-paced or performance-driven environment Good attitude and being optimistic
