Lead deployment and integration of Salesforce CRM and Genesys solutions.
Ensure seamless delivery of end-to-end CRM and Contact Center programs.
Work across multiple workstreams and coordinate technical execution.

Job Requirements:

7–8 years of experience in technical project/program management.
Hands-on expertise in Salesforce CRM and Genesys Cloud deployments.
Exposure to SAP CRM and Avaya platforms is a plus.
Ability to manage multi-stakeholder environments with technical depth.
