SCOPE OF ROLE: Oversee and drive financial performance across our Southeast Asia (SEA) markets. The Regional Senior Finance Manager will be a proactive business partner, bringing strong analytical capabilities, financial discipline, and regional insight to support sustainable growth and profitability across multiple entities and business units. RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure robust internal controls and processes. Compliance with local statutory requirements and corporate policies. Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities. Monitor and manage risk across financial and operational activities. Collaborate with regional leadership, sales, operations, and other departments to support decision-making, support the team with pricing, margin analysis and cost optimization. Drive process improvements, automation, and digital transformation in finance. Support M&A due diligence and integration efforts, if applicable. Support financial modelling for strategic initiatives and expansion plans. Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing country finance team. Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement. Support ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by the superior.
