- Lead the development of digital marketing strategies, emphasizing SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising, while integrating creative content creation.
- Utilize analytics tools to actively monitor and interpret the digital marketing landscape, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with our marketing experts to brainstorm and execute marketing campaigns that resonate with our diverse clientele.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and design, incorporating cutting-edge techniques to enhance and distinguish our brand's digital presence.
- Take charge of our social media presence by crafting content that not only connects with our audience but also initiates conversations and fosters community building.
- Proven a minimum of 3 years working experience as marketing coordinator / executive or similar role.
- Demonstrated proficiency in graphic design and digital marketing, specifically within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Expertise in design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong emphasis on Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop (90% proficiency), alongside a comprehensive understanding of various digital marketing tools.
- A rich source of creative ideas and problem-solving skills, adept at overcoming challenges with innovative solutions.
- Outstanding organizational abilities to manage multiple projects concurrently, meeting deadlines without compromising quality or creative vision.
- Excellent communication skills that go beyond conventional boundaries, enabling clear, inspiring, and effective dialogue.
- Good knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
- Proficient with social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends).
