Job Responsibilities : Source and solicit new prospect, corporate, clients, potential individuals and used car dealers to buy/ renew insurance through TCCL. KPI set 1 st year, Sub year renewal retention and premium production. Upsell motor product is a must (GAP, EWP & etc). Manage, grow and maintain prospect listing. Support and achieve the company target for number of sales, renewals and premium volume is required. Assist department head in ad-hoc projects as required. Support the planning, developing and executing strategies to grow market share. Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent and above. At lease 1-3 years of working experience or related fields. Must possess good interpersonal skill. Good communication skill and presentation skills. Good in time management. Willing to take up new challenges.
