Assess opportunities to improve existing demand analytics. Work closely with collaborators from Supply Chain, Procurement, and Factory Operations to implement new business intelligence solutions. Attend and update material-related topics in Product Team Meetings (PTM). Provide summarized material supply status updates for management. Ensure the supply of WOS view to the ATSM team and get status updates and action plans. Perform What-If or Scenario Analysis for multiple business scenarios. Balance materials across sites and handle raw material sales. Control PPV expenses and minimize outstanding expenses. Plan and control materials for up to 2 years, including repurposing materials and SS replenishment. Ensure material availability in tactical windows up to 26 weeks to meet tester delivery. Handle overall SIG inventory at the lowest optimum level. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field or Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management or a related field or equivalent experience. 5 years of experience in planning/forecasting. Experience leading technical engagements from business requirements to solution delivery and training. Extensive experience with data analysis and advanced analytics concepts. Proficiency in forecasting and demand management tools and processes. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively work with business and technical collaborators. Proven facilitation skills to influence and align teams.
