Role Purpose: The Executive, Sales will be an integral part of our customer-focused team, responsible for driving business-to-consumer initiatives and enhancing the overall customer experience. You will contribute to the development and execution of strategies to attract and retain customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. This role requires a customer-centric mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. In This Role You Will: Develop and implement strategies to attract and acquire new B2C customers. Design and execute programs to enhance customer retention and loyalty. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute B2C marketing campaigns. Contribute to the development of creative and compelling content to engage the target audience. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively. Work closely with the customer service team to ensure a positive customer experience. Collaborate with the sales team to drive B2C sales through various channels. Plan and execute promotional activities to boost product or service awareness. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to B2C initiatives. Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of marketing and sales efforts. Assist with any related tasks, projects, and other assigned duties as and when deemed necessary. Ensure adherence to the compliance of company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements. You're A Great Fit If You Have: Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Proven experience in B2C marketing, sales, or a related role Customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service Creativity and innovation in approaching B2C strategies Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales/marketing/ecommerce industry, preferably within Malaysia/SEA Experience in digital marketing Able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, solve complex problems, and develop creative solutions Adept multi-tasker with ability to quickly prioritize and effectively delegate tasks Effective verbal communication, analytical and problem-solving skills Forward thinking and agile mindset Prior startup experience is a bonus Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
