Account Executive - Manufacturing

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent；
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred;
• Minimum 2 years relevant Accounting experience in the Manufacturing sector
• Knowledge of SQL accounting software, and Microsoft office is an advantage.
• Able to work independently

• Handle full set of accounts including the preparation of financial statements;
• Plan and control the company’s cash flow, including money collection, cash deposit, cash reimbursement
• To key in Suppliers’ Invoices, Payment Vouchers (Local & Foreign Currency Accounts) and Account/bank reconciliations (SQL Accounting Software System), reconcile Inter-Company transactions
• Familiar with business accounting standards, national and local tax policies. Familiar with SST declaration, compliance, and tax policies are preferred
• Filing vouchers and related documents to ensure smooth documentation
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretaries, and other professionals to ensure compliance on all matters relating to audit, tax, and statutory requirements.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities that the superior may assign from time to time.
