Job Description & Summary A career in Sales and Marketing will provide you with the opportunity to focus on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and drive long term revenue growth for the Firm. You'll focus on designing, developing, and implementing communication programmes and media events to promote and sell the PwC's brand and services as well as contribute to and evaluating our pricing strategies in the marketplace. Our Marketing and Public Relations team is responsible for PwC's external media relations and social media strategy. As part of our team, you'll help with social media account management, media relationship management, and identifying new and emerging opportunities for the Firm. What you will do You'll be a member of the PwC Malaysia's Events and Brand team. In this capacity, you'll plan and execute key events for the firm, as well as be a caretaker of the firm's brand strategy and governance. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to 1. Corporate events and brand activation Plan and execute virtual/physical events for the firm. Create, manage and carefully track detailed event management timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams (Digital Marketing, PR & Comms, Creative, Business Development etc) to prepare essential event materials to drive the success of the activation/event. Assist in developing content for marketing materials, internal and external comms, and managing internal and external stakeholders. Partner with departments such as legal, finance, facilities and practice management for operational processes. 2. Brand Assessing sponsorships, speaking engagements, and opportunities for collaboration. Assist in ensuring strong brand governance implementation across the firm. Handle operational needs for the marketing team, including merchandise management, logistics, procurement, and payments. As an Experienced Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to: Invite and give in the moment feedback in a constructive manner. Share and collaborate effectively with others. Identify and make suggestions for improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise. Handle, manipulate and analyse data and information responsibly. Follow risk management and compliance procedures. Keep up-to-date with developments in area of specialism. Communicate confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner - verbally and in the materials I produce. Build and maintain an internal and external network. Seek opportunities to learn about how PwC works as a global network of firms. Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct. Preferred Skills Relevant experience (1-2 years) in event management (virtual/physical/hybrid)/marketing/brand activation. Exposure in professional services or B2B industry will be an advantage. Excellent verbal and written command of English. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Excellent ability to work with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint). Creative, a keen eye for detail, and exceptional project management skills. Hands-on, self-driven, independent, reliable, tech-savvy, able to work well in a team. Must be agile, capable of working on multiple project simultaneously and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or a Professional Degree.
