Reports to : RBO Operations Manager Your Role: 1) Designing and delivering the shared services vision Responsible for designing and delivering the shared services organization's vision. Identifies trends and assess opportunities to improve processes and execution. 2) Leading change and people Continuously discovering and providing small but meaningful success experiences for employees to develop their own capabilities. Encourage, motivate, recognize people to explore challenges and make it success. When people need supports, provide a proper coaching and direction. Not only when people know what a challenge they have and request an actual support (passive), but also when they even don't know. This means manager should aware the potential challenges earlier than people, and discuss this with people to prevent it happens, meaning active supports. 3) Driving continual improvement Ensuring that they consistently meet the needs of the key business stakeholders. Ongoing focus on providing improved capabilities that contribute to better business operations and outcomes 4) Oversees operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while looking for opportunities of improvement or revision. 5) Works within the Regional Back-Office (RBO) team to help set and meet daily and quarterly goals. 6) Works closely with Head of Regional Back-Office on other special planning and departmental projects.
